These registrations authorize DaisyLink to carry on the described activities and subject it to the applicable supervisory regimes; they are not an endorsement, approval, or guarantee by the Bank of Canada, FINTRAC, or any other Canadian regulator of DaisyLink, its products, its financial condition, or the suitability of its services for any particular person. Statements elsewhere describing DaisyLink’s registrations should be read in this light and not as implying regulatory approval of DaisyLink’s products, pricing, or business practices.

• The value of virtual currencies, including stablecoins, can be volatile, and a stablecoin’s peg to a reference currency is not guaranteed by DaisyLink and depends on the issuer’s own reserves and redemption mechanisms, which DaisyLink does not control;
• Transactions in virtual currencies may be irreversible, and DaisyLink’s ability to recover funds sent in error may be limited;
• DaisyLink’s no-refunds policy on coin settlement, as set out in the Client Application Terms, applies to relevant transactions.
