DaisyLink Financial Ltd is a Canadian corporation registered with the Bank of Canada as a payment service provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA) and registered with FINTRAC as a money services business. This Cookie Policy addresses our use of cookies and web tracking technologies and is governed by applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where relevant, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Our RPAA and FINTRAC registrations relate to the regulation of our payment services and do not constitute regulatory approval or endorsement of this Cookie Policy.
